Spanish Gothic mortar of eight ribs, with alternated vegetal decoration of schematised hanging grapes. Of balanced proportions and nice patina, this rare gothic model, called "grapes mortar", announces the early Renaissance mortars.

An identical mortar appears in: Los Almireces Españoles, de Francisco RUIZ DE GOPEGUI (Sugrañes Ed, 2005, page 193).
